My approach to yoga is rooted in alignment, breath intelligence, and progressive strength building.

The methodology blends:

  • Vinyasa flow for stamina and rhythm
  • Hatha precision for alignment clarity
  • Isometric holds for muscular intelligence
  • Isotonic transitions for fluidity
  • Integrated pranayama and meditation in every session

Approximately:

  • 70% isometric engagement (controlled holds and deep muscular activation)
  • 30% dynamic movement (breath-led transitions)

There are no “beginner” or “advanced” labels.

We grow as a community — refining posture, strengthening core and shoulder stability, toning the lower body, and cultivating mental steadiness.

Movement, for me, is not performance.
